Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day casework for the firm in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exhibit a professional, courteous demeanor and provide excellent customer service to the clients of Woods & Woods.
• Organize, prioritize and structure work flow to maintain minimum level of cases and client contact without missing important timelines of case actions.
• Interact with clients and/or other providers to ensure that all appropriate reports, records, and information (to include, but not limited to, medical records, doctor statements, etc.) are received in a timely manner.
• Obtain pertinent case information and history from the client; analyze, review and prepare the data/information into case relevant notes for the integrity of the case and for the attorney's use in handling the legal issues relating to the case.
• Must be able to multi-task to handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all staff levels and the public.
• Maintain client confidentiality.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 3-5 years Customer Service Experience

Preferred Skills

Excellent written & oral communications, customer service, organization & computer skills.

This position requires independence, objective judgment and the ability to perform the functions described above with limited supervision.

Management experience a plus
